Secret Weapon Costa Rica

With its volcanic soil, Costa Rica is more famous for its main coffee. But although little known, with its increasing use, dark colored Costa Rican wrap leaves are often used for maduro cigars. It is similar in texture and flavor to Brazilian and Mexican tobacco, and is also almost identical to Connecticut Broadleaf. Costa Rican tobaccos, which we can still call secret weapons at the moment, seem to be coming more and more in the near future.
